The initial Meeting
Our first meeting is a working meeting where we get to know each other and make sure we are a good fit for your project.
We talk through what you are wanting to achieve with your new project, who lives in your home and what they require, and who else you have on your architecture and building team.
From this first meeting we document the project scope and put together a detailed estimate of design fees for the project.
To prepare for this meeting it is best if you have a few concept images to help us see what your style is and any other documentation you may already have prepared.
Our initial meeting fee is $720.00 (incl GST)

Stage One - Concept and colour schedule development
The next stage is to develop the design concept for your project.
We meet with relevant trades and consultants for the project to understand any structural and site specific limitations and carry out any site measurements that are needed.
What can you expect from this stage
Schematic planning to develop the floorplan
Key material selections (flooring, colour palatte, tiling choices)
Draft budget for fixtures and fittings
Concept and Colour Schedule presentation. At this presentation you aim to receive your feedback and have sign off on the design direction.
stage Two - Detailed design development and documentation
At this stage we take your approved design concept and bring together your detailed design and documentation package.
What can your expect from this stage
All fixtures and finishes selections finalised.
Floor plans and furniture placement confirmed
Detail design of all joinery items
Detailed floorplans and elevation drawings
Photo realistic renders of key areas
Detailed schedules for all fittings, fixtures and finishes
Pricing of fittings and fixtures
Selection of furniture, rugs, window treatments, artwork and any other relevant decoration items.
Stage three - coorindation and Design management
At this stage, once your builder has been engaged and construction has commenced we organize the ordering of the relevant fixtures and fittings.
Your builder is your project manager and as your interior designer we work alongside your builder to ensure the design intent comes to life. We liase with your builder, relevant trades, and other consultants to answer any questions that come about during construction.
What can you expect from this stage
Fixtures, fitting and furniture are ordered with our trade suppliers.
We confirm delivery fees and delivery timeframes for all items and coordinate delivery of items as needed
Attend site meetings as required
Stage four - Styling
Whilst construction of your project is happening we organize all furniture and decorative items so they are ready for installation once construction is finished.
What can you expect from stage
Coordinate delivery and placement of furniture, rugs and artwork
Coordinate and oversee the installation of window treatments
Select decorative items such as cushions, bed linen and decorative styling items
All decorative items are delivered and unpacked and each space is styled.
